The schedule of summer (bi-weekly) pay dates has been established for 2008. Faculty and staff who receive a summer contract (or pay for Additional Assignments) will be paid according to the following schedule. A contract spread over more than one pay period will be divided for payment over all applicable pay periods. Final payment is not made until the contract has been completed.

FOR EXAMPLE: if the contract begins June 2 and ends July 25, it will be paid in 5 equal installments on June 13, June 27, July 11, July 25, and August 8. This does not

This will not affect regular academic year contract payments. They will continue to be made on the last working day of the month. If the recipient’s regular payment is set up for direct deposit, the bi-weekly payment will also be direct deposited.
