Electronic Fund Transfer

Employees may arrange for automatic electronic deposit of paychecks at any participating bank by completing the necessary forms in the Payroll Section of the Business Office or by filling out the on-line form found here.

When is Payday?

  • Faculty and Staff: Payday is the last working day of the month.
  • Student Workers: Payday is on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on Saturday or Sunday, payday is on the preceding Friday.
